I am a total eccentric, addicted to working and a keen health enthusiast with a passion for fitness and cooking. I have blogged in the wellness industry for the past 3 years after a double bout of pneumonia and consequently, I have had a complete lifestyle change. Academically, I have a 1st Class HONS Degree in English literature and Drama, having studied at Kingston university, London. In addition, I am passionate about many current social issues, primarily food waste and the cultural shifts of Feminism into Post-feminism ,and how it effects young women in society having been manipulated in modern day media. n a brighter note, I also absolutely love to travel and have a beautiful budgie called Percy.
